JOB DESCRIPTION
The Expert Risk Analytics & Insights serves as the data and automation strategist for the risk and compliance programs. This role is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable risk intelligence, advancing digital transformation initiatives, and enabling continuous monitoring across key risk domains. Working in partnership with ERM, Audit, Compliance, and Technology teams, this role builds and maintains analytical solutions, dashboards, and predictive models that enhance risk visibility, strengthen decision-making, and streamline reporting to leadership and the Board. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
