JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Risk Management Analyst serves as a subject matter expert within the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function, providing oversight, mentorship, and strategic input across key risk programs. This role is responsible for leading complex projects within ERM, Compliance Monitoring, or Delegation Oversight, ensuring that risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities are executed with precision and consistency. The Senior Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the organization's risk maturity, promoting accountability across the first and second lines of defense, and aligning enterprise practices to recognized frameworks and regulatory standards. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity.
