Job Summary: The Sr Director of Pulse Oximetry Platform plays a key role in leading the global marketing and strategy for our Pulse Oximetry portfolio, including our industry-leading SET technology. This role is responsible for driving global market adoption, portfolio growth, competitive positioning, strategic messaging, business development/M&A, and a comprehensive global strategy focused on ensuring and extending Masimo's global leadership. Acting as a strategic thinker with deep clinical, commercial, and technical understanding of pulse oximetry and a proven track record in medical device marketing. This position will lead with innovating the core, working closely with cross-functional teams across the marketing, product development, and sales enablement. Duties & Responsibilities:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Science, Engineering or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $230,000 - $250,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 25% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.
