Description

This position is responsible for providing administrative support for Center for Excellence. In addition, customer relations support for customers and internal customers. This position also is responsible for incoming and outgoing calls related to the job responsibilities. Other duties as assigned related to the operation of the Center for Excellence

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Provide administrative support for CEO, including support for missions and the Starkey Hearing Foundation.

    • Support Mission Order Production
    • Support Mission Product Supplies


  • Provide administrative support for Center for Excellence department needs.

    • Answer phones for the department, can't ring more than 3 times.
    • Make and confirm appointments.
    • Open and distribute mail
    • Order hearing aids and supplies for customers
    • Order stock for Center for Excellence
    • Design hearing aid orders according to specifications
    • Support Production for CFE
    • Handle Shipping for CFE
    • Support Specialty Earmolds and Products for CFE
    • Enter repairs and remakes into system
    • Enter final programming information
    • Answer customer questions and direct calls to appropriate individuals


  • Provide customer relations support in gathering for CEO, CFE manager or Designer.

    • Support for Order Information and warranties
    • Support redesign of CFE orders


  • Other duties/responsibilities as assigned



JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education

    • High school degree or equivalent required, computer classes a plus
    • Experience

      • Minimum 6 months administrative and fast pace sales experience required
      • Setting appointments






Knowledge / Technical Requirements



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Manufacturing Suite
  • Oracle
  • Sycle net
  • Switchboard/Phone System


Competencies, Skills & Abilities



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work well with people required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, i.e. some evenings and Saturdays
  • Excellent grammatical skills
  • Excellent typing skills, 40-65 wpm
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong organizational skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $20.36 - $31.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, company-paid life and short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance plan, hearing aid benefits, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, paid floating holidays, paid volunteer service day, paid paternity and maternity leave and tuition reimbursement.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
