Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner is an influential partner with business leaders and managers to deliver a full range of People Solutions services that support organizational objectives. This role focuses on driving business outcomes through executing talent strategies, enhancing organizational capability, and driving employee engagement through close collaboration with leadership and Centers of Excellence. This is an onsite position located in our Cherryville, NC facility, supporting our 3rd Party Fleet Services - Call Center, Dispatch, Service Coordination, field-facing roles. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
