Job Title: Systems Analyst 2

Location(s): Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business and system requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create use cases, process flows, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze existing business processes and evaluate impacts of system changes and enhancements.
• Perform testing activities including test planning, test data creation, script execution, defect analysis, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SDLC processes, and quality requirements.
• Provide project status updates, issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer, system documentation, and architecture/workflow reviews.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, database administrators, project managers, and external partners.

• Medicaid Claims Processing

• Input/output and reporting requirements analysis
• Azure DevOps
• Wireframe creation
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of application architecture and IT industry trends
• Data integrity, security practices, and technology standards
• Awareness of emerging technologies

Preferred Skills (2+ Years):

• State government project delivery frameworks and documentation standards
• Information architecture and information management methodologies
• Enterprise software architecture and infrastructure familiarity

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Systems Analyst with strong Medicaid domain experience.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for user stories, backlog management, and wireframes.
• Background working in Agile environments, preferably within healthcare or government sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
