Are you a strategic and visionary HR leader passionate about shaping culture, developing talent, and driving organizational success? At BayCoast Bank, we're looking for a SVP, Chief Human Resources & Talent Officer who will bring leadership, innovation, and a people-first mindset to our organization.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our human capital strategy-partnering with executive leadership to build a high-performing culture, attract and retain top talent, and support the Bank's long-term success. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:
  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Provide leadership to the HR and Training teams
  • Partner with executive leadership and the Board on talent and organizational initiatives
Deliver Outstanding Employee Experience:
  • Oversee talent management, succession planning, and performance management programs
  • Ensure a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Support leaders with employee relations and organizational effectiveness
Drive Results & Growth:
  • Lead recruitment and retention strategies to meet workforce needs
  • Develop compensation, incentive, and benefits programs
  • Align HR initiatives with business and growth objectives
Ensure Operational Excellence:
  • Maintain compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR operations
  • Manage HR budgets and reporting to executive leadership and Board
Be a Team Player:
  • Collaborate across departments and subsidiaries to drive success
  • Support leadership development and training initiatives
  • Promote a culture aligned with BayCoast's mission and core values
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/HR) preferred
  • Extensive HR leadership experience with strategic impact
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, compensation, and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Proven ability to lead teams and influence organizational outcomes
  • Analytical, strategic, and problem-solving mindset
