We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to step into a critical role, contributing to core problem-structuring and providing deep business insights. In this position, you will own research, data gathering, and analytical depth to support integrated and complex strategic and operational initiatives. You'll regularly engage with stakeholders, persuasively communicating recommendations to leadership, building consensus, and mobilizing teams towards implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a subject-matter specialist, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge to align business area goals with the broader company vision. **What you'll do:** * Manage key initiatives from inception to completion, including team-wide projects that drive alignment and increase velocity.
* Collaborate closely with function leaders, product managers, and area leadership to operationalize strategic recommendations.
* Synthesize, understand, and make recommendations on future of work trends, including designing integrated business and technology strategies, translating market insights into action, shortening strategic planning cycles, transforming digital and agile development, and leveraging ecosystem partners.
* Proactively identify and address defined problems and issues across the business area, creating programs and processes for resolution.
* Structure both defined and ambiguous business issues for leadership, developing solutions to business and technical challenges by documenting key requirements and supporting business case justifications.
* Support executives in defining overall communication strategies across the function and regions, driving the planning of internal events and aligning internal communications.
* Establish and drive processes for effectively defining the function, including setting objectives, conducting quarterly business reviews, annual planning, managing team meetings, budgets, and expenses.
* Manage workflows within targeting and measurement processes, fostering collaboration and engagement among stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Make recommendations for the development of business area strategies, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
* Drive strategic analysis, identifying ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within the relevant business area.
* Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly, effectively problem-solve, and develop compelling business recommendations. **Must-Have Qualifications:** * Proficiency in effective questioning techniques.
