Schedule: M-F, 8am to 5:30pm Pay Rate: Will be increasing to $23/HR starting July 1st Description * Managing communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals. * Providing marketing and enrollment assistance, and working closely with brokers and benefits specialists. * Handling inbound/outbound calls and ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings Qualifications * At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment (prior authorization, insurance verification, benefit verification, etc) * Must be bilingual in Spanish #prioritywest26 #westpriority26 Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.
