Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers comprehensive, integrated outpatient treatment with individually tailored plans to address addiction and mental health issues in a supportive atmosphere. The integrated and holistic approach to our outpatient treatment includes group, individual therapy, psychiatric, medical follow-up, as well as life skills classes integrated with 12-Step principles. Qualifications We are seeking: A compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative treatment environment, works well with a team, and is dedicated to supporting each patient's recovery journey with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care, excellent communications skills, and the ability to build meaningful professional relationships with patients, families, and team members in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse who is eager to learn, grow, and passionate about supporting patients throughout their recovery journey, while contributing positively to a culture of care, healing and teamwork. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active CA Registered Nurse (RN) license Current Basic Life Support CPR certification that includes AED training and hands-on skills assessment 3+ years:
