Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM *Position Overview* We are seeking a professional and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative* to join our team onsite in Moorestown, NJ. This role is responsible for handling inbound inquiries, supporting claims-related requests, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently * Provide clear and accurate information regarding plan policies, procedures, and claims * Process transactions, reports, and required documentation with a strong attention to detail * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities * Identify customer needs and ensure timely resolution or escalation when appropriate * Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information * Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals * Assist with special projects and additional tasks as needed * Follow all company policies and procedures in daily operations * Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency *Required Qualifications* * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous customer service or call center experience preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain professionalism when handling sensitive information *Top Skills* * Ability to handle calls professionally and deliver a high level of customer service * Strong documentation and record-keeping skills * Ability to resolve inquiries in a timely and effective manner * Understanding of confidentiality and data protection * Knowledge of policies and procedures with the ability to communicate them clearly *Work Environment* * Fully onsite, office-based role (5 days per week) * Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed * Role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
