BAG Production Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

• In this role, you will safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to guarantee reliable and efficient performance
• You will perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• Adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety policies and report all incidents promptly
• And you will collect and interpret equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance decisions
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non-routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Also, you will execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements to enhance process availability and reliability

What makes you great

• You bring experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment with a strong commitment to safety
• Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation
• You can apply familiarity with controls and human machine interface platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens
• Read and revise engineering drawings, including piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
• Further, you can communicate technical information clearly to support safe, coordinated, and effective teamwork
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms safely and confidently following established procedures
• Utilize strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to support accurate documentation and reporting
