Role Overview

As Senior Technical Product Manager for AI Platform & Hybrid Cloud, you will define and execute the core strategy and roadmap across Lenovo's enterprise cloud and agentic AI portfolio under the Solutions and Services Group (SSG).

In this role, you won't just manage release schedules-you will build the foundational platform capabilities that allow enterprises to safely deploy, scale, and manage autonomous AI agents seamlessly across hybrid, private, and multi-cloud environments. You will operate at the intersection of cloud compute infrastructure, container orchestration, security, and modern AI stacks, turning complex distributed systems into frictionless, production-ready enterprise solutions.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the Hybrid Cloud AI Roadmap: Own the end-to-end strategy for agentic and cloud offerings as part of the core portfolio delivered by SSG.
• Architect Enterprise Capabilities: Translate complex customer needs into scalable platform capabilities across heterogeneous AI systems, autonomous agents, vector stores, and data pipelines.
• Agentic Governance & Execution Controls: Define platform-level controls for agent behavior, tool usage, sandboxing, and data access boundaries across multi-tenant environments.

Customer & Market Focus

• Validate Real-World Use Cases: Engage directly with enterprise customers, CTOs, and internal product teams to uncover high-value requirements and validate platform architecture.
• Enrich the SSG Offering Portfolio: Productize infrastructure and software capabilities that enrich Lenovo's hybrid cloud value proposition and scale commercial adoption.

Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Own capabilities across the entire product lifecycle-from initial architectural concept and PRD through engineering sprints, launch, and global scale.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Cloud Engineering, Security, AI Research, and Platform teams to ship production-ready, enterprise-grade capabilities.
• Drive Strategic Alignment: Lead stakeholder alignment across business units, executive teams, and GTM organizations to ensure flawless delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or security.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Cloud and Agentic solutions domains
• Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and policy frameworks
• Demonstrated track record of translating complex cloud and AI concepts into compelling product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
• Experience working with AI and agentic solutions, with the ability to partner effectively with engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities
• Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud concepts and business drivers (understanding of how public and private cloud solutions integrate to serve enterprise needs)
• Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP at a conceptual and business level); familiarity with container and orchestration concepts is a plus
• Proven ability to define and deliver products from concept through launch, with a focus on customer outcomes and business impact
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
