Description and Requirements

Role Overview

As Senior Technical Product Manager for AI Security, you will define and execute the security roadmap for Lenovo's next-generation Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI Platform.

In this role, you won't just manage IT compliance checklists - you will build productized security capabilities that protect enterprise AI systems at scale. You will own the strategy and execution for securing model behavior, agentic tool execution, and multi-tenant data pipelines, ensuring global enterprise customers can safely deploy autonomous AI agents on-premises and across hybrid cloud environments.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Product Strategy & AI Security Architecture

  • Own the end-to-end vision for platform-level security guardrails across LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agent workflows.
  • Productize core security capabilities including prompt injection defenses, input/output sanitization, training/retrieval data exfiltration prevention, and model hallucination evaluation.
  • Architect fine-grained Access Control (RBAC/ABAC) models and runtime sandboxing for AI agents interacting with enterprise APIs, databases, and third-party tools.
  • Define platform logging and telemetry standards to ensure every automated agent decision is transparent, defensible, and auditable for enterprise CISOs and regulatory governance boards.

Customer & Market Leadership

  • Partner directly with enterprise security leaders, CISOs, and developer teams to validate real-world threat models and translate emerging risks into core platform features.
  • Design "security-by-design" platform primitives (SDKs, automated CI/CD checks, and API gateways) that keep developer onboarding frictionless while enforcing zero-trust boundaries.

Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Lead capabilities from initial threat modeling and technical PRDs through engineering sprints, red-teaming/sandboxing, launch, and customer adoption.
  • Partner closely with AI Research, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Legal/Compliance teams to ship production-ready, enterprise-grade software.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience owning cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, or cybersecurity products.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Security and AI Security domains
  • Deep understanding of governance, compliance, and policy frameworks
  • Demonstrated track record of translating complex cloud and AI concepts into compelling product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience working with AI and agentic solutions
  • Strong understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud concepts and business drivers (understanding of how public and private cloud solutions integrate to serve enterprise needs)
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP at a conceptual and business level); familiarity with container and orchestration concepts is a plus
  • Proven ability to define and deliver products from concept through launch, with a focus on customer outcomes and business impact
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

This role is remote and offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection!
