- Monitor internal and external best practices and recommend enhancements to productivity methods, tools, and procedures.
- Mentor Green Belts to build organizational capability in Lean and Six Sigma.
What makes you great
- 5+ years of Business/Project Management experience with demonstrated leadership in crossfunctional environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical learning background.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using statistical software for data analysis.
- Ability to travel 25-35% based on business needs.
- Willingness to work onsite in the Tempe, AZ Regional office or at a West Region Area Plant (Tacoma, WA; Hillsboro, OR;
- Pittsburg, CA; Wilmington, CA; Ontario, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Magna, UT; Loveland, CO).
