Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Enable commercial segment strategies through Salesforce CRM capabilities to track sales activity and enable a relationship approach to managing and growing client relationships. Deliver actionable opportunities to acquire new customer relationships and deepen existing relationships, through the delivery of behavioral insights into sales platforms. Drive business ownership and capability development of the Salesforce CRM platform. Partner with commercial and data teams to improve data integrity of client-banker relationships and to build a full-relationship view of customers, across business segments. Develop new data sources and measurement capabilities to increase sales effectiveness. Build and lead a team of high-performing business analysts; develop talent to increase data capabilities and financial acumen across the bank.
