*Description*
The Facility Access Badging Administrator is responsible for the centralized badge administration. The incumbent will coordinate and maintain badge security activities on an operational level, manage physical access to secured office space using security badges, readers and applications; and serve as a subject matter expert on all issues regarding badge security administration. The incumbent will also require knowledge in physical security badging systems and CCTV. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issues new and replacement photo ID badges for new hires, contractors and temps according to specific access groups and departmental requirements. * Primary administrator for creating and managing various access group and permissions within each badging systems. * Coordinate secure distribution and retrieval of badges. * Daily de-provisioning process of extracting the EV5 (HR system) termination report and deactivate associates/temp/vendors badge accesses accordingly across all badge security platforms. * Weekly review and disable associate access per HR LOA Report * Process all changes, replacements, forgotten badges, restoration within Service Desk Ticketing tracking system. * Assisting Management with onboarding questions and issues * Runs various access activities/denied; generate and prepare monthly reports, metrics for staff or management. * Perform quarterly user and access reviews ensuring appropriateness within audit compliance requirements. * Perform audit User Acceptance reports. * Quarterly/Semi-Annually prepares and gathers selected data requested by external and internal auditors. Working with auditors demonstrating set controls are in place, ensuring ADP remains in compliance with Security Policies. * Prepare written response and reports to audit inquiries. * Perform system maintenance working with third party vendors * Work with and provide guidance to third party facility security guards on Badging policy, standards, and implementation including CCTV requirements. * Coordinates implementation of required updates on procedures, services level agreements to all vendors. * Work with business leaders/units on HR functions, background screening processes, Facility Security, Compliance, and special projects, as required globally. Be able to document existing processes and identify the gaps. COMPETENCY/ABILITIES * Knowledge of Request Ticketing tracking systems (Service Desk Tickets) * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to use discretion when handling sensitive personal and confidential information. * Ability to prepare written reports of findings and status. * Technical knowledge in Word and Excel * Ability to analyze problems and finds solutions * High standards of honesty, ethics and integrity * Ability to work accurately and independently, while seeking advice under the appropriate conditions * Collaborates effectively with cross-functional entities across the enterprise. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* BASIC REQUIREMENTS/TECHNICAL SKILLS: * High School Degree or GED with 1-3 years of data entry experience * Ability to execute * Consultative skills * Communication skills * Detail oriented * Goal oriented * Ability to work independently *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Augusta, GA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
