Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join a growing team in a fast-paced, technical environment. This is a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with strong potential for growth and advancement. In this role, you'll support customers by processing orders, answering inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. What You'll Be Doing * Handle a high volume of customer interactions (email, phone, chat, and case management) * Process and verify orders for spare parts and repairs * Generate quotes and provide pricing information * Respond to customer inquiries and provide order status updates and lead times * Update and maintain account and order information * Coordinate with operations, logistics, accounting, and technical teams * Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records What You'll Need (Must-Have) * 2+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, or technical support) * Strong written communication skills (heavy email interaction) * Excellent verbal communication and phone presence * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Strong computer skills (ability to work across multiple systems and monitors) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have * Experience with ERP/CRM systems or Oracle * Order entry, quoting, or parts-related experience * Automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industry background * Technical or IT experience * Associate's or Bachelor's degree What to Expect * 3 weeks of hands-on training with a senior team member * Ongoing mentorship and support * Performance measured by standard KPIs (volume, accuracy, response time, etc.) Work Environment * Clean, modern office with a professional setting * Team-oriented culture with strong collaboration * On-site amenities including cafeteria and outdoor seating * Business casual dress code Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
