Compensation The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $87,200.00 - $145,300.00. Position Details The Senior Reporting Analyst, Sourcing Extended Assortment serves as a lead analytics professional responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. The role designs, develops, and maintains business intelligence solutions, including dashboards, reports, data models, and analytical frameworks, to enable performance monitoring and business optimization across multiple functions. Working independently on complex assignments, the position partners with business leaders and technical teams to identify opportunities, evaluate business performance, and recommend data-driven solutions. The role leads analytical initiatives, influences decision-making through advanced insights and visualization techniques, and serves as a subject matter resource for business intelligence best practices, tools, and methodologies. This is a Hybrid position requiring 50% of time onsite at either the Lake Forest, IL or Chicago, IL offices. You Will
