Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Day Shift: 6 AM-2:30 PM Mon-Thursday & 5 AM-1:30 PM on Friday

Requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using hand tools and performing detailed assembly work.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and count accurately.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of assembly, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Duties:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components, assemblies, and subassemblies using hand, electric, and pneumatic tools.
• Perform bench assembly tasks, including placing, taping, sealing, welding, and packaging products.
• Follow work instructions, assembly procedures, and production schedules to meet quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Use fine motor skills and hand dexterity to complete detailed assembly work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
