Location: Monroe, LA

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Shift: 8 AM-5 PM | Monday-Friday

Requirements:

• Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or legal office experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred.
• Familiarity with legal terminology or case management software is a plus.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional client service.

Job Duties:

• Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars.
• Maintain, organize, and update client files and legal documents.
• Perform data entry and update case management systems accurately.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, email correspondence, and faxes.
• Assist with preparing and processing legal documents as directed.
• Process client payments and maintain accurate records.
• Support daily office operations while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
