Shift Options: First, 5:45 AM-2 PM | Second, 1:45 PM-10 PM | Third, 9:45 PM-6 AM | Monday-Friday

As a Production Assembler in Martinsburg, you'll be part of the team that keeps production flowing. You'll load materials, check quality, and help meet daily goals. Bring a good attitude and a strong work ethic, and let Staffmark handle the rest.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and SOPs.
• Previous manufacturing, packaging, production, chemical, food processing, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely around packaging equipment, forklifts, and chemical products.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Hazardous material safety training is a plus.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear.

Job Duties:

• Assemble packaging components, including boxes and containers for finished products.
• Support packaging line operations by loading materials, replenishing supplies, and maintaining production flow.
• Package and prepare products according to quality and production standards.
• Operate packaging equipment safely and report equipment or maintenance issues.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional production and packaging tasks as assigned.
