JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Associate Director, U.S. Federal Government Affairs who is strategic, collaborative, and results-driven to join our U.S. Government Affairs & Public Policy (GAPP) team, based in our Washington, DC office. About the role You will be responsible for initiating and executing comprehensive strategies to engage with federal policymakers to help advance public policies that support patients' access to innovative therapies. You will work across complex legislative environments, building relationships and influencing policy outcomes that align with patient-focused priorities. Who you'll work with You will collaborate closely with colleagues across corporate affairs, regulatory, commercial, and market access functions, as well as external partners including policymakers, trade associations, and coalitions. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team focused on aligning priorities and driving meaningful impact for patients. What you'll do

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-194,300. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
