DepartmentCommunications and Marketing Job DescriptionJob Summary Maintain, manage and improve mission critical and/or complex enterprise applications and associated services and workflows. Support service requests and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy solutions using assigned application(s). Oversee troubleshooting from routine to highly complex issues and escalates to vendors. Maintain security within the application(s) and manage routine updates and patching, as well as coordinating more complex system upgrades. Contribute to the development of documentation and standards. Lead large size projects associated with service delivery or maintenance. Work closely with key stakeholders and supports continuous improvement, as well as providing input for strategic planning. May be called upon after hours and/or weekends to address urgent issues. Take appropriate actions to support a diverse workforce and participate in the College's efforts to create a respectful, inclusive, and welcoming work environment. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, Field: Computer Science or Engineering development Knowledge of: Drupal 10+ architecture, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and authentication workflows. Skills: Proficiency in Drupal, Javascript, PHP, Composer and Git; ability to translate complex technical requirements for marketing stakeholders.
