What you will enjoy doing*
- You will perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and service of industrial gas handling equipment, with a focus on cryogenic freezing systems
- Further, you will work under general supervision following structured procedures and standards, and you will travel to customer sites for installation and service (average 12%, up to 50% at times)
- Further, you will read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematic diagrams
- Fabricate weldments from prints is part of your role, and to assemble equipment according to specifications
- Install and remove cryogenic freezers and related components
- Perform on-site maintenance and service as needed
- And you will communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers
- Follow and promote strong safety practices and awareness
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
- You will meet performance goals and productivity expectations and safely operate company vehicles at all times
- And you will work overtime and weekends as required
- Utilize skills in TIG welding, plasma cutting, and piping assembly
- Demonstrate a self-motivated attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
What makes you great
- You have a High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience with stainless steel welding, grinding, and polishing
- TIG and MIG welding certification preferred but not required
- You have basic computer proficiency, including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and smartphones
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of one to three (1 to 3) years of relevant experience
