eCommerce Site Merchandiser We're looking for a detail-driven, execution-focused eCommerce Site Merchandiser to help shape and optimize the online customer experience from end to end. What You'll Do Own the Product Experience * Launch and maintain products end-to-end, including setup, enrichment, and asset integration * Manage product lifecycle updates * Ensure every product is accurate, compelling, and aligned with brand standards Execute Pricing & Promotions * Implement pricing strategies across promotions, markdowns, and seasonal events * Maintain pricing accuracy and validate execution across the site * Support high-volume promotional activity with precision and speed Curate the Onsite Experience * Bring the site to life-manage homepage, category pages, and product grids * Launch banners, campaigns, and in-grid content aligned to key initiatives * Execute site refreshes and content updates tied to campaign calendars Optimize Discovery & Navigation * Refine search, sort, and filter rules to improve product visibility * Partner with teams to continuously improve how customers find products * Enhance site navigation to drive engagement and conversion Drive Campaign Execution * Support the eCommerce calendar and ensure timely campaign launches * Collaborate cross-functionally to align on priorities and deliverables Improve the Customer Journey * Advocate for a seamless, intuitive customer experience * Identify and support opportunities to improve content and UX * Contribute to testing and optimization efforts to boost conversion What You'll Bring * 2-5+ years of experience in eCommerce, site merchandising, or digital operations * Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (SFCC strongly preferred) * Familiarity with PIM and CMS tools (Salsify, Amplience, or similar) * Strong attention to detail-you thrive in high-volume, accuracy-driven work * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams * Analytical mindset with a passion for improving performance and CX Nice to Have * Experience in retail or eCommerce with complex product catalogs (apparel/footwear ideal) * Familiarity with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization Who You Are * Detail-obsessed and highly organized * A reliable executor who gets things done * A proactive problem solver who improves processes-not just follows them * Customer-first in everything you do * Comfortable owning a high-visibility piece of the business Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.97 - $35.97/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
