*Description*
This role supports a technology implementation company delivering large-scale retail installations nationwide. Projects include kiosks, POS systems, cameras, digital displays, routers, and other network-connected devices. Field work is completed by subcontracted technicians, and this role ensures each site is fully prepared for successful execution. The Technical Project Coordinator owns project readiness. Success in this role means every installation has the right materials, equipment, and people in place-on time. When issues arise, this role acts quickly to resolve them and keep projects moving without disruption. *Key Responsibilities* Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and technician assignments across multiple active projects Ensure all materials (devices, cabling), equipment (lifts, ladders), and personnel are confirmed and ready prior to deployment Track project progress and provide clear, timely updates to internal teams and clients Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and status records Act as the central point of contact to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in real time Adjust schedules and coordinate replacements when resources, materials, or technicians become unavailable Proactively identify risks and gaps in project readiness and take corrective action *What This Role Requires* Strong attention to detail and high ownership of outcomes; accountable for end-to-end project readiness Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Effective communication and coordination skills, especially when resolving time-sensitive issues Comfort working with subcontracted labor and cross-functional teams Experience in project coordination, operations, customer service, or administrative support roles *Skills* Project coordination Scheduling and logistics management Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Stakeholder communication Issue resolution and problem-solving *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Middleton, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
