Job Description
The Opportunity The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University invites applications for a Research Scientist position on the Daytona Beach Campus. The successful candidate will conduct independent and collaborative research in wireless communications, sensing systems, and related technologies while supporting the department's growing portfolio of externally sponsored research. The Research Scientist will contribute to the development and execution of federally and industry funded research projects, publish scholarly work, mentor undergraduate and graduate student researchers, and collaborate with faculty, industry partners, and government agencies to advance innovative research initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary research environment focused on next-generation communications, sensing technologies, autonomy, cybersecurity, and intelligent systems.
