You will be expected to build a strong foundation in outcome-driven product development, learning how to connect strategy to measurable results.
What You'll Do
  • Support the full product development lifecycle including ideation, design, testing, documentation, and release activities
  • Turn product vision and direction from senior product leaders into clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders to build simple, effective solutions to complex problems
  • Contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization while balancing stakeholder needs and product value
  • Help define user flows, support mockups, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Participate in QA, user acceptance testing, and release readiness to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Use data and feedback to help evaluate product performance and confirm problems are effectively solved
What You'll Bring
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience as a product manager, product owner, or related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in measuring success through outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong working relationships
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into structured requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office; exposure to AI tools is a plus
Bonus Points
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a software product manager, product owner, or similar role
  • Experience in education technology or mission-driven organizations
  • Exposure to agile product development practices
