Role Overview:

The Sweeper Driver serves as a field operations professional responsible for operating commercial sweeping equipment to maintain clean, safe, and professional outdoor environments. Reporting to branch operations leadership, this role supports parking lot, roadway, and property maintenance services while ensuring work is completed efficiently and in accordance with company safety standards.

The Sweeper Driver will perform routine equipment inspections, maintain accurate service records, and represent FullCare professionally while servicing client properties throughout the assigned territory. This position plays an important role in supporting operational excellence and delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial sweeper trucks and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Perform parking lot, roadway, and property sweeping services according to scheduled routes.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor equipment performance and communicate repair needs to management.
  • Remove debris andmaintaincleanliness standards at client locations.
  • Complete daily service logs, inspection reports, and route documentation.
  • Follow all Department of Transportation regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings andoperateequipment safely in high-traffic environments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
  • Assistwithadditionalproperty maintenance services as assigned.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional condition.
  • Support branch operations by providing dependable andtimelyservice delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial driving, equipment operation, or related field experience.
  • Experience operating sweeper trucks, commercial vehicles, or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • CDL preferred but notrequired.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
  • Ability to follow schedules, routes, and safety procedures.
  • Strong communicationand customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors invaryingweather conditions.
