McLane Company is transforming how supply chain planning is executed across the enterprise. We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to drive innovation and delivery across advanced planning platforms, with a strong focus on o9 Solutions, data-driven workflows, and integrated planning ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and data-owning product strategy and execution for solutions that directly impact forecasting, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features aligned to business value and roadmap goals.
  • Lead delivery in an Agile environment, partnering closely with engineering, data, and integration teams.
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and technical specifications.
  • Drive enhancements across supply chain planning systems. (demand, supply, IBP processes)
  • Support and optimize end-to-end planning workflows across ERP, WMS, and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Collaborate on data models, APIs, and integration patterns to ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • Use SQL or data query tools to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure successful adoption and value realization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner / Solutions Manager in Agile delivery environments.
  • Experience with advanced planning platforms. (o9 Solutions strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of data models, integrations, and enterprise planning workflows.
  • Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar tools for analysis and validation.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations or transformations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Supply chain domain experience (forecasting, replenishment, inventory) is a plus.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
