Global Content Producer, Residential Energy

• Lead the production of compelling visual narratives that simplify complex energy technology and drive adoption, craft production plans and schedules for product launches and customer stories to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and up to date on project progress

• Identifyand scout locations,manageshoot schedules,budgets,shotlists,andcall sheets

• Coordinate interdepartmentallybetween internal marketing, product, sales and engineering teams and external production partners to secure product access, legal clearances, and customer participation

• Lead on-setshoots, providing real-time feedback to ensure video and audiomeetcreative and brand standards. Ability tooperateprofessionalcameras, lighting, and audio systems as needed

• Develop creative concepts and scripts whileensuring thatthe finalassets delivered are fully aligned with the brand and stakeholders

• Source, evaluate, onboard, and manage external production houses, freelance crews, and post-production specialistsas needed

• Degree in Film,Production, or a related field, or 7+ years equivalent experience

• Experience developing video conceptsfrompreproduction andstoryboardingtoplanning shootlogisticstoon-set directionand post-production support(editing a plus)

• Exceptional organization and process management, ability to juggle concurrenttimelines,and creative demands

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work interdepartmentally with marketing, product, engineering, design, externalvendorsand stakeholders

• Strong creative vision with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visual content acrossvarious formats(social, long-form, web)

• Experiencewith camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment

• Proficiencywith Adobe Creative Suite and Davinci Resolve and drone operation is a plus
