- Lead in-person and online sessions related to leadership, communication, motivation, and culture building. Adapt content and delivery to diverse audiences while maintaining consistency across locations
- Use Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, learning, behavior change, and business impact
- Consult with leaders and HR partners to identify development needs, connect them to available resources, create and deploy programs that improve performance and collaboration
- Manage logistics, communications, scheduling, and data tracking for assigned programs. Build feedback loops that continuously improve delivery and scale
- Work closely with People Development, HR, and site leadership to localize programs, share insights, and build a unified talent development ecosystem

- 3+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, or HR in dynamic, fast-paced, high-change environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing)
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Proven ability to design, measure, and deliver end-to-end training programs with full ownership over the ADDIE process
