Why This Role Is Critical

The Technical Compliance Specialist supports Framatome's HR compliance programs through advanced data analysis, systems thinking, and process optimization. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and technical capabilities who are interested in applying these strengths in the HR compliance field. HR regulatory knowledge is not required upon entry - the selected candidate will receive training in employment laws, HR programs, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and adept at solving complex problems.



What You'll Do Day-To-Day

    Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR compliance programs, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and insights that inform compliance actions.
  • Build collaborative working relationships with HR Operations, Talent Management, Payroll, Legal, and business stakeholders to support compliance initiatives.
  • Assist in the execution of HR compliance strategies, including documentation, process mapping, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Translate data findings into clear summaries, dashboards, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects requiring technical problem solving and deadline management.
  • Learn and apply employment law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate and compliant outcomes.
  • Support audits, reporting cycles, and compliance investigations through data validation, research, and structured analysis.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or analytical field such as Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data tools.
  • Proven ability to build reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Background in evaluating and enhancing processes within a quality control or compliance-oriented environment.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python for data querying and automation is highly desired.
  • Demonstrated experience organizing, interpreting, and drawing insights from large data sets.
  • Ability to solve complex or ambiguous problems with a structured, logical approach.
  • Experience managing tasks or projects with multiple contributors and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical findings to non-technical audiences.



Total Rewards Package

  • Salary: $66,000-$86,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
