Description and Requirements Job Description Summary: The Senior Manager of Profit Management is a critical leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth across the entire REL business. This leader will build and lead a high-performing team of Profit Managers who proactively identify, shape, and execute opportunities to improve revenue, margin, and overall business performance. This role goes beyond deal support, owning a holistic view of profit across pipeline, backlog, pricing, cost structure, and portfolio, and partnering across Sales, Business Management, Finance, Product, and Alliances to unlock incremental value. The ideal candidate brings strong financial and commercial acumen, deep analytical capability, and executive presence to influence senior stakeholders and drive disciplined, insight-led decisions at scale.
