We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward
Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you've come to the right place.
What You'll Do
- Analyze campaign and program performance across channels, regions, audience segments, and products.
- Build recurring and ad hoc reporting that surfaces performance trends, conversion patterns, engagement quality, and pipeline influence.
- Develop dashboards and reporting views in tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and connected data environments.
- Partner with campaign operations and marketing stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success criteria before launch.
- Translate complex data into concise, decision-ready recommendations for marketers and leadership.
- Monitor campaign health and flag gaps in targeting, execution, follow-up, attribution, or data quality.
- Support post-campaign readouts, quarterly business reviews, and planning cycles with performance insight and recommendations.
- Work with GTM engineering and operations partners to improve tracking fidelity, taxonomy, and data model reliability.
- Help standardize definitions, benchmarks, and reporting logic across the campaign portfolio.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in how Marketing Ops measures effectiveness and communicates value to the business.
What Success Looks Like
- Campaign decisions are increasingly data-informed and less dependent on anecdotal feedback.
- Reporting is trusted, timely, and easy for stakeholders to use.
- Performance gaps are identified early and addressed with clear recommendations.
- Marketing leaders can see not just what happened, but what to do next.
