Position Summary
The Project Controls Scheduler plays a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering, construction, and capital improvement projects by providing project scheduling, controls, performance reporting, and project governance support throughout the project lifecycle. Working as part of the Project Controls team, this position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 to support project planning and execution. The successful candidate will perform schedule development and maintenance, baseline and schedule update reviews, critical path and schedule risk analyses, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc schedule performance reports. Additional responsibilities include monitoring project progress and resource updates, maintaining scheduling and engineering coding structures, supporting project controls documentation and execution plans, developing scheduling standards and best practices, and providing technical support for Primavera P6 administration, implementation, user training, and reporting tools. This role collaborates closely with project teams and stakeholders to provide accurate scheduling information, improve project controls processes, and support the successful delivery of capital projects. The salary range for this position is $112,649 - $154,927.
A hired employee will be placed within this salary range based on a variety of legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to the individual's scope of relevant experience. About PMA
