We are the North American division of Metrohm AG, a global leader in analytical instruments for laboratory and process applications. We're looking for an experienced Process Analytics Sales Representative to join our field-based sales team covering the Midwest Region of the United States. What You'll Do Own and grow sales within a defined Midwest territory Sell complex analytical and process instrumentation to customers in industries such as Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology Develop and execute a focused territory and business development plan Manage key accounts and build relationships at multiple decision-making levels Partner with internal technical and corporate teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Track opportunities and activities using the company CRM Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives What You Bring Proven success selling complex capital equipment or technical solutions Experience managing a large, high-potential sales territory Strong consultative selling and account management skills Ability to communicate technical and economic value Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field preferred 6-10 years of relevant sales experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Other Requirements Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 60-70%) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based role Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass pre-employment background check, education and employment verification, and a 10-panel drug screening (including marijuana) Earnings Potential Enjoy a base salary with additional commission opportunities. Territory & Location This position is responsible for supporting customers throughout the Midwest region, including Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky. To effectively manage travel and customer engagement across the territory, candidates should be based in the Chicago metropolitan area. Regular travel throughout the assigned region is required.
