Department OverviewMotorola Solutions designs, develops, and manufactures video analytics, network video management software and hardware, surveillance cameras, and access control solutions. Motorola solutions fixed video and access control products have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers. Job DescriptionReporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, you will serve as the essential first point of contact for our prospective customers. We are looking for a dynamic, highly customer-focused individual who is passionate about consultative sales. In this role, you will actively listen to client needs, recommend the best solutions, and seamlessly guide warm, marketing-qualified leads through the buying process. Key Responsibilities

#LI-JS3 #LI-ONSITE Target Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 USD Note: This position includes a competitive base salary and a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on conversion performance, offering an opportunity to earn up to $22,000 in annual commissions and incentives. Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
