How You'll Make an Impact
Support and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Partner with production and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer-specific requirements. Administer the electronic QMS (ETQ), including document control, routing, version management, and periodic reviews. Coordinate nonconformance and corrective action processes, tracking NCRs and CAPAs through timely closure. Perform quality support activities, including inspections, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution support. Maintain controlled quality documentation, including PFMEAs, Control Plans, procedures, and work instructions. Assist with internal, external, and customer audits, including preparation, execution, and follow-up activities. Support root cause investigations, quality reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an associate degree with relevant experience; or 3+ years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management Systems. Experience supporting quality processes, inspections, audits, and compliance activities in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes and structured root cause analysis methodologies. Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
