Description Memorial Hospital Nursing Are you looking for a part-time critical care opportunity where your clinical expertise can make a life-saving difference?Join the Intensive Care Unit team at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital as apart-time, 24-hour night/rotating Registered Nurseand become part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients during their most critical moments. MaineHealth Memorial Hospital is a25-bed Critical Access Hospitalserving the Mount Washington Valley of northern New Hampshire and western Maine. Our ICU combines the personalized care of a community hospital with the resources and support of the MaineHealth system, giving nurses the opportunity to practice advanced critical care while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our Intensive Care Unit provides24/7 care for critically ill medical and surgical patientsand featuresthree monitored ICU bedsalong with12 telemetry monitorssupporting patients throughout the medical-surgical unit. As an ICU RN, you'll care for patients requiring continuous monitoring, ventilator management, and advanced critical care interventions while utilizing state-of-the-art technology and evidence-based practices. You'll work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team of nurses, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and support staff who are committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Our hospitalist team is highly skilled in critical care, with intensivists and specialized MaineHealth care teams available whenever additional expertise is needed, ensuring you have the support and resources to provide the highest level of care.In addition to caring for critically ill patients, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and families during challenging times by providing education, emotional support, and compassionate communication throughout their care journey. This is a Registered Nurse 2 vacancy open to candidates with greater than 1 year of RN work experience. For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to $10,000 Sign-on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with 0-2 years of experience and $20,000 for experienced Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of experience!
