Summary:

The Supervisor of Radiology Scheduling is responsible for management of day to day operations of the radiology scheduling contact center . Responsibilities include direct oversight of radiology schedulers, including performance evaluation, coaching, and monitoring of production and quality. Responsibilities also include SME level knowledge of scheduling, collaboration with clinical and non clinical stakeholders.

  3. Experience:Experience as a scheduler, call center staffer, or other similar customer service role required, preferably in a hospital setting.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required:Comprehensive understanding of medical patient scheduling and transcription functions. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to learn and understand complex information systems at the user level. Knowledge of CPT coding terminology.

The pay range for this position is $56,721.60to $76,710.40per year.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
