Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and patient-centeredClinical Pharmacistto join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive medication management.

Specialty pharmacy experience is not required -you'll receive focused training as part of a 6-week onboarding program designed to build your confidence and prepare you to thrive in this impactful role.

*Growth-Oriented:Clinical pharmacists have the opportunity to train and work within specialized, disease-state focused care pods, gaining expertise in high-impact areas including:

Oncology and Hematology

Hepatitis B and C

Autoimmune Conditionsin Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Dermatology

Asthma and Allergy

Pulmonary and cardiology/bleeding Disorders

Transplant Medicine

Cystic Fibrosis (CF)

Neurologic Conditionssuch as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Epilepsy, and Migraine

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    • Education: The Clinical Pharmacist role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
    • License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
    • Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $58.85to $79.63 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
