Our Investment Banking & Capital Markets business provides the full range of advisory and financing products and services of a leading global investment bank. Our clients include large-cap and mid-cap corporates, financial institutions, governments, government agencies and financial sponsors.

What You'll Do

  • Performing in-depth company and industry research and analysis
  • Supporting the execution of client advisory and financial transactions while managing multiple projects with rigid and, at times, global timelines
  • Preparing marketing materials and transaction documentation, including but not limited to confidential memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and analysis
  • Conducting detailed financial modelling, valuation and forecasting of financial statements
  • Understanding of the Bank's product suite

Skills You'll Need

  • Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledge
  • Proven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenue
  • Strong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they arise
  • SIE, Series 63 and Series 79

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendations

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 to $225,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
