LAZ Parking is seeking professional, customer-focused Valet Attendants to support operations at The Commons at Calabasas, one of Southern California's premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.

As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last impression for guests visiting The Commons. We are looking for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service, building positive guest relationships, and creating memorable experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Location: The Commons at Calabasas - Calabasas, CA

Pay Rate: $21.00/Hour + Great Tips

Schedule: Part-Time

Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays an important role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Whether welcoming shoppers, restaurant patrons, or visitors, you will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service while ensuring vehicles are handled safely and responsibly.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Maintain an organized valet drive and assist with traffic flow.
• Open and close vehicle doors for guests.
• Assist guests with packages and belongings when needed.
• Issue valet tickets and explain the vehicle retrieval process.
• Provide directions and general information about The Commons at Calabasas.
• Build positive relationships with guests through exceptional customer service.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold LAZ Parking's commitment to hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Previous valet, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
