Full-time | 36hr/week | Night Shift

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital, a dedicated trauma center, a neonatal intensive care unit, and a renowned geriatrics center. It proudly hosts the Johns Hopkins Burn Center, which holds the distinction of being the sole adult burn trauma facility in Maryland. Our NP3 Medicne Observation Unit is a 9-bed private unit. TheRN / Registered Nurseis responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in nursing (ADN) (Required),
• Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program.
• RN - Registered Nurse License (Required)
• CPR - Basic CPR (Required)
• Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
• 1 year of nursing experience (Preferred) - Other ICU - BICU required
