What to Expect
In this role, you will bridge factory manufacturing teams and the AI/Robotics organization. You willidentifyhigh-ROI tasks for Optimus, drive deployment readiness, collect data to improve AImodelsand integrate Optimus into existing factory systems.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders across Tesla factories to collect manufacturing process data,identifyhigh-ROI tasks and define Optimus deployment opportunities
- Own end-to-end project management for Optimus deployment initiatives including task identification,prioritizationand execution tracking
- Create and iterate manufacturing station layouts, materialflowand infrastructure for Optimus integration into production lines and warehouses
- Lead data collection initiatives that feed AI model training and robot capability improvement
- Drive leadership alignment on AI, data collection and deployment priorities and translate factory constraints,needsand feedback into actionable requirements for AI and Robotics teams
- Build tools and systems that improve collaboration between factory teams and AI/Robotics teams
- Design and build dashboards for factory data, robotperformanceand deployment progress
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, computerscienceor equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience inmanufacturing, industrial engineering, factoryautomationor technical program roles (robotics or advanced manufacturing preferred)
- Project management skills with ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience creating manufacturing station layouts, process flows and material flow designs
- Ability to collect, clean and visualize large datasets and build dashboards (Tableau, PowerBIor custom tools)
- Stakeholder management skills with ability to influence factory leadership and central AI/engineering teams
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar)

Expected Compensation
$96,800 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
