Job Description:

The Temporary Operations Excellence Coordinator provides administrative, analytical, and project support to the Operational Excellence function. This role assists with continuous improvement initiatives, data collection and reporting, project tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation management to support operational efficiency efforts within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams and business data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Operational Excellence projects by tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Compile, maintain, and analyze operational data for KPI reporting and trend analysis.
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, dashboards, and continuous improvement metrics.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and Lean/Kaizen events, including documentation and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain project documentation, standard work, and process improvement records.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments to gather information and support improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with employee training logistics and communication related to Operational Excellence programs.
  • Perform other administrative and project support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, process improvement, project coordination, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.

Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full Time

Shift: Weekday Days, Monday-Friday

Duration: Temporary Assignment based on business needs.
