Associate Designer - Women's Woven Tops


About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Designer to support the development of women's woven tops. This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is passionate about trend research, product creation, and bringing seasonal concepts to life. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to help deliver compelling, customer-focused product assortments.


What You'll Do

  • Research global fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, and competitive landscape to inform seasonal direction
  • Assist in creating design concepts, sketches, and product ideas for women's woven tops
  • Support the development process from concept through production, ensuring alignment with brand vision
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including merchandising, production, and technical design to execute product
  • Help create and update tech packs, ensuring accurate communication of design intent
  • Participate in fit sessions and support revisions based on feedback and priorities
  • Prepare presentation boards and materials for seasonal reviews
  • Track development timelines and manage multiple seasons simultaneously
  • Identify inconsistencies in product or process and proactively raise issues


What You Bring

  • 1-3+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably in women's wear or woven categories
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication
  • Ability to translate trends into commercial, customer-relevant designs
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback


Nice to Have

  • Experience with trend research and market analysis
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle or PLM systems
  • Background in retail, lifestyle, or contemporary fashion brands
  • Degree in Fashion Design or related field
