Position Summary

EBI Consulting is seeking a full-time Account Executive to serve in a Southeastern United States business development position and bolster EBI's growth in the areas of commercial real estate due diligence, with a primary focus on national and regional lenders, brokers and property owners. The successful candidate will actively cross-sell and introduce our varied service lines to customers in the commercial real estate and finance industries. An ideal candidate will have experience selling and marketing within a professional services arena, with strong existing relationships in the real estate finance sector.

This position reports to the President of Real Estate Sales. As this position will serve clients in Southeast, the ideal candidate will already be established in this geography and comfortable with travel as necessary.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Value building long-term, dynamic, customer-intimate relationships with clients
  • Must exhibit excellent business development, customer service, technical knowledge, and leadership skills, and work well within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate sales initiatives (plan, prioritize and execute personal sales activities towards achieving agreed upon business goals and metrics)
  • Regularly update and utilize CRM tools and systems to effectively manage business development activities providing transparency to the Company
  • Provide data to sales management to develop sales forecasts for the business (monthly, quarterly, annually) by analyzing and interpreting general economic and market trends, competitor activity and sales efforts


  • Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets/goals
  • Manage an opportunity pipeline, with metrics including activity tracking, calls, opportunities, leads, client and prospect follow up



Qualifications and Capabilities



  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university with focus in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar fields
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience with proven success in a business development position related to commercial real estate due diligence with strong existing relationships in the commercial real estate finance industry

The reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
